Как свести к минимуму риск при инвестировании

Каждый человек перед тем , как начать инвестировать наверняка задумывался о сохранности и возврате своих средств. Но опытный инвестор всегда понимает , что какие бы гарантии не продоставляли , все равно присутствует риск потери. Приятно , что у некоторых допустимые потери могут быть не более 10 % , но есть же и другие случаи , когда говорят просто о сохранности средств без всяких оснований.

Хочу напомнить , что по правилам инвестирования нельзя использовать деньги , которые вы не можете потерять . То есть инвестированный капитал , всегда должен быть свободный от ваших доходов и расходов , тем самым вы страхуете сами себя от крайностей . А также начинать свои инвестиции в компанию необходимо только после тщательного изучения самой компании от независимых источников , а не от клиентов или партнеров ( они в этом заинтересованы).

Итак , как я уже сказал , риск присутствует очень часто (есть конечно исключения). И рисковать придеться либо деньгами , либо временем.

Для большинства простых людей , начинающих инвесторов не жалко потерять время. Для профессионалов – деньги. В каждой компании существует минимальный депозит и процент ежемесячного дохода.

Так вот , после изучения компании (минимум 1-3 месяца) , заключаем все юридические документы , желательно с синей печатью , а лучше и с подписью директора. После инвестируем минимальную сумму . Расчитываем , когда наша сумма увеличиться вдвое с помощью ежемесячного процента дохода и сложного процента при ежемесячном реинвестировании. Приходит время снимаем свои вложенные деньги и спокойно спим )))) Дальше работают только выросшие проценты от ваших инвестиций.

Риск нулевой , расходов никаких , а нервы и здоровье сохранены.

Данную технологию я узнал из книги Роберта Кийосаки » Руководство Богатого папы по инветированию». Там еще много интересных стратегий и технологий инвестирования , но самое интересное это то , что инвестиции (активы) можно не покупать , а создавать самим. К примеру сам инвестор может быть как активом , так и пассивом.
